  • What is the address of the Blandain CDC?

  • What is the best way to use Streamliner for a haulage company?

Your customer (Cebeo's supplier) has to invite you as its haulage company in the Cebeo Supply Chain Community. You always have to receive each transport order from the supplier there as well. As a haulage company, you can choose a slot that suits your schedule and may allow other combinations.

  • Can I call to let you know that a delivery of more than 10 pallets is coming, like I do in Mouscron?

No, in Blandain this works differently and we don't receive deliveries that way.

  • Do we also need to make an appointment if we are delivering less than 10 pallets?

All deliveries are by appointment, except deliveries made via a parcel delivery service. We have arrangements in place with them so that they can deliver their parcels daily.

  • Do we also need to make an appointment to deliver parcels?

  • What do I do once I have made a booking in Streamliner?

When drivers arrive in Blandain, they have to park in the waiting car park and register at the kiosk there using the reference you received in Streamliner. They will then receive a text message with instructions and the code to open the barrier.

  • What if I have not received a reference on Streamliner for a delivery?

Please contact your customer. The customer should provide you with a transport order. Without a reference, no booking can be made and drivers will not be able to register at the kiosk.

  • Can we create a generic user linked to a central mailbox?

Yes, you can. However, we recommend creating a user account for each individual user. This way, each user can adjust their personal settings. Streamliner can also send notifications to a central mailbox, even in case of personal user profiles. Each user can also choose which customers they want to follow up on.

  • We have a fixed slot. Do we still need to book another slot?

In Streamliner, there are only reservations and no fixed slots. Unlike slots, reservations are just placeholders. Such reservations must always be confirmed. If not, they will be cancelled.

  • We receive the original transport orders from our customer, but we don't make deliveries to Cebeo ourselves. How should we do this in Streamliner?

Streamliner also allows you to forward an order to another carrier. This means you can still track the delivery and the other carrier can make the booking itself.
