Streamliner is a collaboration platform that allows us to involve all key parties in the delivery process, such as suppliers, haulage companies and finance and logistics staff. You are an important part of that.

  • What is the address of the Blandain CDC?

  • What is the best way to use Streamliner for me as a supplier?

You need to select the purchase orders provided by your haulage company in Streamliner and group them into a transport order to your carrier. This means you can make your own selection from the list of orders for the parcel to be sent now.

  • Can I call to let you know that a delivery of more than 10 pallets is coming, like I do in Mouscron?

No, in Blandain this works differently and we don't receive deliveries that way.

  • Do we also need to make an appointment if we are delivering less than 10 pallets?

All deliveries are by appointment, except deliveries made via a parcel delivery service. We have arrangements in place with them so that they can deliver their parcels daily.

  • Do we also need to make an appointment to deliver parcels?

  • Can we create a generic user linked to a central mailbox in Streamliner?

Yes, you can. However, we recommend creating a user account for each individual user. This way, each user can adjust their personal settings. Streamliner can also send notifications to a central mailbox, even in case of personal user profiles.

  • We have a fixed slot. Do we still need to book another slot?

In Streamliner, there are only reservations and no fixed slots. Unlike slots, reservations are just placeholders. Such reservations must always be confirmed. If not, they will be cancelled.

  • I have a different haulage company from the one who delivers to Cebeo – it's one of its (sub)contractors. Who should make the appointment in that case?

Haulage companies who are forwarding their original order can also send this on to the next haulage company. That way, everyone is kept up to date on the deliveries. So, for you as a supplier, nothing changes in the procedure.

  • I am unable to select my haulage company when I create a transport order. Where can I adjust this?

In the Streamliner community, you can go to 'Companies' to see whether your haulage company is already part of the community or you still need to invite it. You always have to invite your carrier as one of your haulage companies yourself.

  • Our haulage company will make the appointment. So, is there anything we need to do as suppliers?

As a supplier, you have to select Cebeo's PO numbers and confirm the transport order to your carrier in your shopping basket. Without a linked purchase order, no transport order can be created and consequently no appointment can be made for the delivery.

  • Where can I create my locations so that I can also inform the haulage company of the loading location?

Check your company's profile in the top left corner and complete all details in the Supply chain tab.

  • Our production depends on the delivery schedule. Can I make an appointment in advance even before the haulage company is known?

Yes, as a supplier, you still have the option to make your own appointment and to pass it on to the haulage company afterwards.

  • Even though we have multiple supplier numbers with Cebeo, everything is managed by 1 central logistics department. Can all this be done on the same account?

Streamliner is a flexible system, so multiple supplier numbers can be linked to 1 account.

  • What about back orders?

A purchase order can be linked to multiple transport orders. This means you can also make an appointment for back orders.
